Mr. Daley was born in Ohio, Dec, 24, 1854 [stone has 1855] and was married to Miss Nellie Kennard in Lovington. His wife preceded him in death and he married Mary Harrouff in 1920. He had been a resident of Decatur for 25 years moving here from Lovington. He retired from the employ of the Staley company a few years ago.
Besides his wife, he leaves a daughter Mrs. Elmer Keusink of Beverly Hill,Calif. and a grandson, Richard Keusink of Beverly HIlls,Calif. He also leaves the following brothers and sisters, Henry Daley, Peoria, Charles Daley, Chicago, Will Daley, Indianapolis, James W.Daley, Decatur and Mrs. Victoria Kite of Dalton City.
