Decatur Daily Review 3/8/1935

Henry Daley, 84, formerly of Decatur,died at 1:45 am Friday in his home,419 Jackson street, Peoria,following an illness of two weeks with pneumonia.
Mr.Daley was born in Chillicothe, Ohio, June 23,1850. He came to Decatur many years ago and he and Melissa McClain were married here in 1875.For many years he was an excavating contracator.The family moved to Peoria about 18 years ago.
He leaves his wife and seven children, Mrs.Charles Braden,Decatur,Mrs.Chester Hoss, Joliet, Mrs.Edward Baker, Mrs. Charles Donnelson and Marion, Harry and James Daley all of Peoria. He also leaves three brothers, Charles and James Daley, Peoria, and William Daley, Indianapolis.there are 18 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The body is being brought to the Moran & Sons funeral home in Decatur.
