ROLIN P. SPURRIER
Mr. Rolin P. Spurrier, another old settler, died this morning after a short but severe illness. Last week an operation was performed and it was hoped would result successfully, but he sank rapidly yesterday. The deceased had a large acquaintances, in this and adjoining counties, having served for several years as president of the Old Settlers' Reunion, an organization embracing Clay, Riley and Washington Counties.
