Charles 'Chic' Joseph Wingate passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, TN. Graveside Service will be held Sunday, March 2,at 2 p.m. at Ridgecrest Cemetery with Brother Randy Carter officiating. Mr. Wingate was born in Concord, NC, the son of the late Caleb and Mary Wingate. Mr. Wingate was a retired Radio Engineer. He also served and was a retired National Guardsman.
