BAXTER -- Services for Ollie Buchanan, 67, of Rt. 3 Baxter will be today, Sunday, Nov. 18 at 2 p.m in the chapel of Baxter Funeral Home with burial in the Crest Lawn
Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Buchanan was dead on arrival at Cookeville General Hospital Friday, Nov. 16, 1990.
She was born on June 30, 1923 in Jackson County to the late Bascom and Mary Minear Burgess. She was a member of the Baxter Church of Christ and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Buchanan, and a son, Billy Joe Buchanan.
Her family includes a sister, Hallie Philpot of Granville; and three brothers, Ward and Raymond Burgess of Baxter and Magellan Burgess of Elkton, Maryland,
Brother Glendon W. Cantrell, Sr. will officiate the services.
