Ada Glazer Flamm, 86, of Louisville, died Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville. She was a retired bookkeeper and a member of Hadassah, The Temple and National Council of Jewish Women Louisville section. She is survived by her daughter, Sara Gould (Larry Bass); son, Allan R. Flamm (Aida) of Atlanta, Georgia; sisters, Evelyn Smith of Palm Beach, Florida and Elaine Frank; 3 grandchildren; and her caregiver, Betty West. Her funeral service will be at 3pm today (Sunday) at the funeral home, followed by burial in Adath Jeshurun Cemetery, 2926 Preston Highway. Visitation will begin after 2pm Sunday.
