Born Oct. 11, 1912, he was a son of the late Walter J. and Mary Iona Chilcoat Clark.
His wife, Virginia M. Bookwalter, whom he married Oct. 1, 1937, at Cumberland, Md., died March 2, 1993.
Mr. Clark was a Protestant.
He retired in 1977 from Pennsylvania Department of Transportation after seven years of service. He previously was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad and farmed.
Surviving are three sons, Gary J. and Kenneth C., both of Shirleysburg, and Walter H. of Orbisonia; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Grace Stapleton of Hollidaysburg and Eva Happle of Orbisonia; and a brother, Robert c. of McConnellstown. He was preceded in death by a son, four brothers and a sister.
Burial will be Tuesday in Chilcote Cemetery, Three Springs.
