Howard L. Rigsby Rites Thursday
Funeral services for Howard L. "Jack" Rigsby, 49, of Centenary will be held at the Frist Funeral Home with Rev. Leverett Hamrick officiating. Burial will be made in Spangler Cemetery.
Mr. Rigsby was found hanging from a beam on the back porch of his home early this morning. A verdict of suicide was returned by Nick Karanovich, coroner.
Surviving are sis brothers, Thomas and Abraham l. Rigsby both of Clinton, Sam E. Rigsby, of Route 2, Clinton; Charles Rigsby of Terre haute, William Rigsby of Columbus, Ohio, and Ted Rigsby of Cave in Rock, Ill; a half brother, George Rigsby of Paris, Ill;, three sisters, Mrs. Anna Yocum and Mrs. Helen Galli, both of River Rouge, Michigan and Carrie Johnson of route 2, Clinton; and a half sister, Mrs. Lou Keltz of Clinton.
