Mr. Yoakum was a self-employed construction worker. Survivors: a daughter, Sherry Duran of Arizona; a sister, Lola (husband, Harold) Powell, of Galion, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services: noon Tuesday, Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, the Rev. Scott Brindley officiating. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery.
