Mary Rutledge, of Yuma, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2011 in Yuma, AZ. She was born on June 16, 1915 to Charles E and Caroline Hobbs Yarwood in Yuma, AZ.
Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed camping, RV trips, loved the desert and spent a lot of time with her many nieces and nephews. She was a devout Christian who spent many hours on church activities and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
She was married to Harold Rutledge on January 19, 1935 in Yuma, AZ.
Mary is survived by her sister, Margaret "Peggy" Benton of Yuma, Ariz; and many nieces and nephews who grieve her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold; & brothers Eli & Walter Yarwood.
A graveside service will be held at the Yuma City Cemetery on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 12:00 p.m.
