Son of George and Ann (Reiter) Kennedy, married Victoria Shemanski Oct. 24, 1906. A resident of Fairfield for 60 years. He was employed at the Iowa Malleable Iron Co. for 50 years before his retirement in March 1958. He was a member of St. Mary church and the Holy Name Society.
Survived by his wife and three daughters, Mrs. Helen Cutts, Mrs. Josephine McCarty and Mrs. Mildred Ross. One sister Mary Hendricks, Fairfield and one brother Louis Kennedy, Des Moines.
Three sisters preceded him in death.
