She was born in Whitmire and was a daughter of the late P.L. and Maggie Lackey Attaway.
Mrs. Abrams had retired from Whitten Center and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church for 70 years.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Clara Abrams, a grandson, Brad Abrams; daughter, Linda Abrams, brother and sister-in-law, Geddis and Virginia Attaway, sister-in-law, Ruby Attaway; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bruce and Dot Abrams, brother-in-law, Algie Abrams; sister-in-law, Joy Abrams and eight nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, a brother, Charles W. Attaway, and a sister, Linnie Lee Attaway.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Oct. 8th at 1:30 p.m. in Epworth United Methodist Church, with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
