Lorraine Rolwes (1933 - 2011)
Lorraine Mary Rolwes, 77, of West Des Moines, passed away at Fountain West Health Care Center on January 6, 2011. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 10, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1627 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines, IA. Visitation will take place from 5 to 7 pm with a rosary service beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the church on Sunday, January 9, 2011. Interment will be held at the Iowa Veteran's Cemetery in Van Meter, IA.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis Rolwes of West Des Moines; son, Gene (Jill) Rolwes of Adel; two grandchildren, Daniel and Erik Rolwes; siblings, Caroline Phillips, Laverne Freese, Charles Freese, Earl Freese, and JoAnne DeFrance. She was preceded in death by her parents.
