Lester J. Wasinger. He was born July 12, 1928, in Ellis and was raised in the Hays area. He was a dentist in Lakewood, Colo., for more than 40 years.
Survivors include two sons, James, Arvada, Colo., and Richard, Grand Prairie, Texas; three daughters, Janet, Crowley, Texas, LeeAnne, Lyons, Colo., and Cindy, Waukesha, Wis.; four brothers; four sisters; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn (Osmuddson) Wasinger.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Monday in Arvada. Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, Wheat Ridge, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials are suggested to Exempla Lutheran Hospital, 8300 W. 38th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
