BURIAL OF CAPT. BAILEY
There was a large attendance at the late Captain John A. Bailey's funeral yesterday afternoon. The G.A.R. and a host of friends and acquaintances had assembled to pay tribute to the memory of the departed one. The character of the deceased was eulogized and words of consolation were offered to the mourners. A very long cortege followed the remains to Mt. Olivet, where all that was mortal of John Ashbrook Bailey was consigned to its final resting place.
