SERVICES HELD THURSDAY FOR WILLIAM L HUNPHREY
Funeral services were held today a 2 p. m. in the First Baptist Church of William Leo Humphrey Rev. Luther Berry conducted the services, assisted by Rev. J.J. McDaniel.
Mr. Humphrey a pioneer resident of Minco passed away Monday evening in a Chickasha Hospital; following an extended illness.
He was born August 10, 1884 in Missouri and came to Oklahoma from New Mexico 40 years ago. He was a member of the Friendship Methodist Church.
Survivors are his wife Mrs. Minnie Humphrey of the home; five sons, W.E. and Odie of Minco, Jack, Oklahoma City and Dick and Burl, Wichita, Kansas; two daughters, Mrs. Cora Pinkston, Minco and Mrs. Dora Laughlin, Wichita, Kansas; one brother, O.D. Humphrey, Minco, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Baum and Mrs. Mable Rogers of Tucumcari, New Mexico and 16 grandchildren
