Marion Elizabeth Campbell, 81, of Shenandoah, passed away Sunday, Nov. 21, 2004, at her home.

Born Aug. 12, 1923, in Shenandoah, she was the daughter of the late Sherman and Gladda Hensley Baugher.

She was a lifelong resident of Shenandoah and had retired from Blue Bell as a seamstress.

Her husband, Robert Lynwood Campbell, preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 1992.

Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Carl and Herbert Baugher, and three sisters, Eula Smith, Wyona Aldridge and Arlene Gilmer.

Survivors include two daughters, Amenda L. Wood and husband, Ray, of Shenandoah, Sharon F. Shenk and husband, Carlton, of Shenandoah; five sisters, Donna Morris, Janice Dinges, Betty Price, Edith Comer, all of Shenandoah and Pauline Decatur of Fredericksburg; five grandchildren, Amy Gaskins and husband, Jimi, Grant Rinaca and wife, Michelle, Todd Shenk, Heather Hiserman and husband, Matt, Shannon Lucas and husband, Allen; five great-grandchildren, Wesley Rinaca, Benjamin Shenk, Nathan Lucas, Lacey Rinaca, Kyle Rinaca; extended grandchildren, Barry, Ann, Joe and John Niland of Harrisonburg.

The funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004, at the Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton with the Rev. Warren Grant officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens near Harrisonburg.

Friends may call at the Campbell home at anytime or at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shenandoah Rescue Squad, 544 Fourth Street, Shenandoah, VA, or to the Shenandoah Fire Company, 201 Pennsylvania Avenue, Shenandoah, VA 22849.
