Margaret's mother, Rachel, came with them. James Wimp and Blant Shacklett's wife (Ann) were Margaret's brother and sister. The James Wimp and Blant Shacklett families would settle on adjoining 80 acre farms in Lake Township along the east edge of present-day Burmac Road, one mile due east of Star Cemetery where, James & Jemima Wimp, Rachel Wimp, Blant & Ann Shacklett and a number of other family members are buried.
