He was born June 29, 1938, in Nesbitt, Miss., to Scott George Bradley and Headie Wilkins.
He is survived by his wife, Mayola Bradley; three sons, George S. Bradley Jr. of Elkhart, and Rickey Bradley and Roosevelt Bradley, both of Chicago; three daughters, Linda Bradley, Joyce Carver and Sherice Bradley, all of Chicago; four sisters, Tillye Johnson of South Bend, and Ruby (Nichols Sr.) Cossey, Leannell (James) Parker and Rosie (Matt Sr.) Washington, all of Elkhart; and a brother, Andrew Bradley of Elkhart.
He was preceded in death by his father, Scott George Bradley; four brothers, William, Jessie, Johnnie and Willie Bradley; and a grandson.
Arrangements are being handled by Cobb Funeral Home, 915 Benham Ave., Elkhart. Friends may call one hour before the funeral service, which will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Greater Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1829 Oakland Ave., Elkhart, with burial at Prairie Street Cemetery.
