Jessie Louis Bradley, 43, of 719 w. Indiana Ave., died at 11:45 p.m. Sunday May 10, 1987 at Elkhart General Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Bradley was born June 19, 1943, in Dell, Ark. four sisters, Tillye Johnson of South Bend, Nicholas (Ruby) Cossey, James (Leannell) Parker and Matt (Rosie) Washington all of Elkhart; five brothers, George, William, Johnny, Willie and Andrew Bradley, all of Elkhart, his mother Headie Bradley, Elkhart, and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Standard Johnson, Memphis, TN.
Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hartzler-Gutermuth Funeral Home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Greater Bethlehem Baptist Church, with the Rev. Oliver Cossey officiating. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery.
Mr. Bradley was employed by the City of Elkhart.
