Daniel R. Nydegger, 72, a retired farmer of the Clarks Hill community, died at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Home hospital where he had been a patient six days. Born at Mount Storms, W. Va., he came to this vicinity with his parents when a young boy and spent his entire life here. He was married in 1905 to Amy Bender, who died 20 years ago. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Bernice Fidler, Clarks Hill; three sons, Ben and Lee, Rt 4, Lafayette, and Paul Nydegger, Tulsa, Okla; two step-sons, Walter and Albert Bender, Indianapolis three sisters, Mrs. Roda Schaffer, Clarks Hill; Mrs. Emma Storms, Lafayette; and Mrs. Bessie Anderson, Stockwell; and two brothers, William Nydegger, Lafayette and Oscar, Indianapolis.
