Betty Jean Dye Sneed, 75, of Fulton, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2007 at Callaway Community Hospital.

She was born October 9, 1931, the daughter of John Henry "Hawk" and Flossie Margaret Meyers Dye. She married Glen Leo Sneed, he preceeded her in death on August 25, 1999.

Survivors include a son, Donald Gene Sneed of Fulton, four brothers, William Ray Dye, John Dye, Jim Dye and Jerry Dye, four sisters, Lois Anderson, Bonnie Hamilton, Wilma Higgins and Wanda Spencer, five grandchildren, Shellie Summers, Sascha Sneed, Sebastian Sneed, Cody Sneed and Ashley Sneed, two great-grandchildren, Zach and Wyatt Summers.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Dwayne Glenn Sneed, three brothers, Infant Rolla Dale Dye, Delbert Dye and Robert Dye and a sister, Debra Merle Dye, infant twin of Delbert.

Mrs. Sneed was a cafeteria worker for Fulton Public Schools and a member of C.W.F.

Services are at 2;00PM Thursday at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Reverand Bill Nigus officiating. Interment will be at the Central Christian Cemetary. Visitation is from 5-7PM Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
