Dies in Texas
Rites Saturday
Albert R. Boucher, 96 formerly of Augusta, died this morning in Midland, Texas. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon in Dunsford chapel. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mr. Boucher was born February 28, 1875 in Ohio and came to Augusta 90 years ago and was a farmer south of the city until his retirement. He was married August 14, 1895 to Cassie Taylor, who preceded him in death June 12, 1949.
Survivors include two sons, Aubrey of Proyer, Okla., G.G. Boucher of Augusta; a daughter, Mrs. Chester Powers of Midland, Tex.; eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Ella Warrender of Wichita and a brother, Henry Boucher of Augusta.
