Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Shepherd Clark, 64, Nampa who died at Nampa Wednesday, will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Alsip Chapel. The Rev. Fr. David Holt of Grace Episcopal Church will officiate. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Clark was born Sept. 21, 1901, at Paris, Idaho. She married Milton Clark in Nampa Dec. 24, 1927. She received her teacher training at Brigham Young College, Logan, Utah, and the Southern Branch of the University of Idaho at Pocatello and completed additional graduate work through the University of Idaho.
Her teaching career lasted 21 years, beginning in 1924. She retired in 1963 after teaching at Central Junior High School, Nampa, for 18 years. She was a girls' counselor 17 years of the time spent in Nampa.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Jeanne L. Skinner, Eugene, Ore.; a brother, Harold Shepherd, Santa Cruz, Calif.: three sisters, Mrs. Eva Spencer, Magna, Utah, Mrs. Celia Pedersen, Logan, and Mrs. Ruth Howell, Caldwell, and three grandsons.
