Dustin F Wingate, 89, of 317 S Second St, North Baltimore, died Friday morning in Riverside Hospital, Toledo.

He was born Aug 10, 1896, in Hardin County to Dustin D and Ella (McElroy) Wingate. He married Lucretia Leslie in 1917 and she died in 1924. He married Eva Lytle on Jan 23, 1926, and she survives.

Also surviving are a son, Floyd of Van Buren; two daughters, Evelyn Craig, Findlay; Vondale Steen, McComb; two sisters, Ruth Oyler, Spring Hill Fla; Eva Castle, Houston; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Mr Wingate was a retired farmer and had worked for the former Differential Steel Car Co, Findlay. He was a member of St James United Methodist Church, North Baltimore, and Portage Grange.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday at Smith Funeral Home, North Baltimore, the Rev John Powell officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the church.
