When he failed to return after so long a period of desertion, Mrs. Scoles decided to file suit for legal separation. Her petition was placed on file in district court today. Mr. and Mrs. Scoles were married 26 years ago in St. Anthony, Ia. The date was Sept. 2, 1894.
