Morgan Riddle, 51, former assistant District Attorney and former Deputy Sheriff, died Friday afternoon at his home, 5103 Gaston. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion.

Survivors are his wife, two sons, a brother, four sisters, and a granddaughter. Services will be Monday. Burial in Oakland Cemetery.

Born at Granbury, Hood County, the son of the late Judge and Mrs. George W. Riddle, he attended the Dallas public schools and studied law at Cumberland Law School in Lebanon, Tennessee. He formerly was connected with the United States Internal Revenue office. He served as an Assistant District Attorney during the term of the late Robert L. Hurt.

Description: married, age 23, tall, slender, blue eyes, light color hair. He was living at 5103 Gaston in Dallas. Occupation: bookkeeper for Cedar Hill State Bank, Cedar Hill, Texas.
