J. Bence Riddle, son of Judge George W. and Rosa Riddle, died yesterday about 12 o'clock. He was born March 17, 1889. The funeral will take place from the home of his parents, 325 Gaston Avenue, today at 4:30 p. m., Rev. A. L. Andrews, pastor of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church, officiating.
The burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. The pallbearers will be J. R. Eldridge, E. W. Rose, S. J. Elsby, J. L. Burgess, Ennis Munger, and J. D. Aldredge.
The deceased was an expert bank accountant. He had considerable experience in checking up banks in which his father is interested. At the time of his death he was assistant cashier of the Citizens' Bank of Cedar Hill.
The First State Bank will close at noon today on account of the death of Mr. Riddle, his father, Judge George W. Riddle, being one of the directors of the bank.
