Mrs. Eliza McKinney
NAMPA —Mrs. Eliza Elizabeth McKinney, 68, 331 Sixth street north extension, cited Thursday night at a Nampa hospital.
She was born July 5, 1887 at Black Shear, Pierce County, Ga.
Mrs. McKinney was a member of the first ward LDS church and of the women's Relief Society of the First ward. She belonged to the DAV auxiliary and the World war 1 Veterans auxiliary.
She moved to Twin Falls from Georgia when she was 23 years old, and was married there to Fred I. Moxley, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. McKinney moved from Twin Falls in Wells, Nev. and also lived in Utah prior to moving to Nampa 27 years ago. On Oct. 3, 1942 she was married to Emery McKinney, who survives. Surviving in addition to her husband are four daughters, Mrs. John L. Murphy, Elko, Nev., Mrs. James Hampton, Bruneau, Mrs. Jack Lewis, McDermott, Nev., Mrs. Mary Fuller, West Pittsburgh, Calif.; three sons, Edward I. Moxley, Melvin J. Manley, both of Nampa and Fred I. Moxley, Boise; one half sister, Mrs. Dave Bennett, Nampa, 19 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Two daughters preceded her In death.
Services are pending at the Edmunds chapel.
