Lorraine Blanche Waggoner Garlick, 73, died August 14, 2001, in Salt Lake City.
She was born October 7, 1927 in Ross, California to Henry and Blanche Day Waggoner.
She married DeVerl Ralph Garlick June 28, 1946 in California.
He died August 25, 1993.
Lorraine loved to crochet and teach her family how to crochet. She loved gardening and working with her flowers. She enjoyed making friends and helping wherever she could. She remembered special occasions with a card.
She is survived by her daughter: Darlene Matthews, Salt Lake City; granddaughter, Sherry (Justin) Belliston, Salt Lake City; a great-grandson, Andrew; a granddaughter, Rebecca Goodwin, Alaska; a brother-in-law, G. Jay Garlick, American Fork, two sisters-in-law, Bernice Miller, Sandy; Oleah G. (Gary) Peay, Orem; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Howard, her parents, a grandson, DeVerl; and a granddaughter, Angelic.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 18, 2001, at 11 a.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, where friends may call Friday from 7:30-8:30 p.m., and for one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
Burial, American Fork Cemetery.
