Levi Carrico, 77, of Louisville, died at 2:30 p.m. April 10 at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville.
Mr. Carrico was formerly of Gravel Switch and a son of the late James and Cynthia Holt Carrico.
Survivors include: three sisters, Mrs. Dora Roller of Lebanon, Mrs. Frank "Phoebe" Orberson of Lebanon, and Mrs. George "Essie" Martin of Louisville; one brother, George Carrico of Fort Myers, Fla; also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. April 14 at Bosley Funeral Home with burial in Hayesville Cemetery. Rev. Eugene Smith officiated.
Active pallbearers were Gene Lanham, Bob Lanham, Ray Wren, Garnett Lanham, Ronnie Hall and Bernie Albertson. Honorary pallbearers were Linda Hines, Gladys Moulder, Cleadious Susi, Dorothy Brown, Patty Hall, Mildred Murphy, Edna Calvert and Daisy Berry.
Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, was in charge of the arrangements.
