Funeral services for William Styles Lee were held yesterday afternoon at three o'clock in Hargreaves Chapel near Millwood, with the Rev. R. W. Barnard and the Rev. A. J. Cason officiating.
Burial was in Hargraves cemetery.
Mr. Lee was killed instantly Monday when struck by a log which fell from a log truck he helping to load.
Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Paul White, Axson, Mrs. W. A. Bullard, Miss Fronie Lee and Miss Wanda Lee all of Waycross; three sons, Elmer Lee, Delmas Lee, and James Lee, all of Waycross; seven grandchildren; five brothers, Rob Lee, Pierce Lee an Ira Lee, all of Waycross, Joe Leer, Florida and Edgar Lee, Homervill and four sisters, Mrs. Simon Thrift, Waycross, Mrs Frank Cheshire, Homerville, Mrs. Charles Cheshire, Pierce county, and Mrs. W. F. Cheshire, Dunedin, Fla.
Pallbearers were William Cheshire, Samson Lee, J. L. Lee, Eugene Cheshire, Clayton Wilder and Eugene Sirmans.
Mincy Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
