Born April 4, 1929, she was originally from Jenkintown, Pa., where she raised six children with her husband, John Marx.
In 1971 the family moved to Boynton Beach, Fla., enjoying the pristine beach along the east coast.
Anne was known for her generosity and kindness. She was affectionately known as "Aunt Re-Re" by her many nieces and nephews, and Nana by her grandchildren.
She worked for Bell South retiring after 25 years and enjoyed company outings with the Pioneers.
During her retirement she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. One of her favorite past times was solving complex crossword puzzles and watching Jeopardy.
She will be sadly missed by all that knew her and has now found peace in heaven with our Lord.
Anne was preceded in death by her loving daughter Patricia Gowen, and youngest son, Philip Marx. She is survived by her children, Janet Linnell, John Marx, Anne Marx, and Jacqueline O'Toole; grandchildren, Cindy Whalen, Lori Linnell, Jennifer Paladino, Ronald Dragula, David J. Gowen, Shannon Dragula, Natalie Schwab, Kiefer O'Toole, Kory O'Toole, and Konnor O'Toole; her great-grandchildren, Adam Marx, Jordan Dragula, Wyatt Gowen, Ahnna Gowen and Lucia Paladino.
Memorial services will be held in Pennsylvania at a later date.
