He was born May 30, 1929, in Oyster Bay, N.Y., and was a retired police chief in Brookfield, New Hampshire, also a reserve NH State Trooper. Before moving to Arizona he retired as a antique dealer. He also had served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he enlisted 3 July 1946 and released 11 Oct 1947.
In 1950 Charles Jr. married Barbara Ann Braumann 1928-2005. Their children were: Charles III b 26 Mar 1951 and Deborah Ann b 16 Feb 1954. Both children were born on Long Island. Around 1955 Charles Jr and Barbara divorced. Around 1957 in Babylon, NY he married a divorcee Helen M (Sullivan) Kloman. They moved to NH and he helped raise her three daughters and eventually his only son Charles III moved to NH to live with them. Charles Jr remained in NH until his 2nd wife Helen died in 1980. She was his companion during his struggles battling cancer till his death.
