Source: Daily Review Newspaper, Towanda, Pa., dated August 17, 1992 as follows Howard E. Hunsinger, 73, formerly of Bradford County and presently a resident of Glenwood, Ark., passed away Friday, Aug. 14, 1992, at St. Joseph's Regional Hospital, Hot Springs, Ark. Born on June 19, 1919, in Sullivan County he was the son of the late Samuel Hunsinger. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II. Recently Howard and his wife, the former June Rogers Hunsinger, celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary. They had been residents of Arkansas for the last year. Prior to that most of his lifetime was spent in the Bradford and Sullivan counties area.

He left surviving his wife, June Rogers Hunsinger, at home; five sons: Richard E. Hunsinger of Herrickville, Pa Ronald E. Hunsinger of Sayre, Pa., Roger E. Hunsinger of Stillwater, Okla., Robert E. Hunsinger of Hot Springs, Ark., and Randy E. Hunsinger of New Albany , Pa.; two daughters: Mrs. Rebecca E. Bacorn of LaPorte, Pa., and Mrs. Roberta E. Gill of Middleburg, Pa; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 1992, in the Russell P. McHenry Funeral Home, 119 Carpenter Street, Dushore, Pa. Interment will be in the Warburton Hill Cemetery, Forks Township, Sullivan County, Pa. Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday, at 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service.
