Funeral Services will be at 11am Wednesday, November 24 2010 at Flack Memorial Christian Union Church, Excelsior Springs. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Excelsior Springs. The family will receive friends 6-8pm Tuesday at the Flack Memorial Christian Union Church.
Bonita was born on November 3, 1934 in Georgeville MO, the daughter of Earl V. and Ora L. (Butterfield) Mitchell.
She married William J. Albertson in 1953 and he preceded her in death in 1985. She then married Charles Morris who survives of the home.
Bonita worked and retired from The Excelsior Springs Job Corps as a CSO Specialist.
She was a member of Salem Christian Union Church and the C.U.W.F. of the Church. She was the head of The Young Believers Gospel Group in the 1970's. She had been church organist for 60 years and had been church pianist for 8 years for a total of 68 years of playing music for church.
Besides her parents and first husband, Bonita was preceded in death by grandson Christian Lee Morris.
