Hannah Nancy Galloway Young was the third child of John Galloway and Mary A. Carpenter Galloway. She was married to Daniel Carpenter Young on Jan. 6,1871 in Morgan Co. Tn. by the Rev. A.B.Wright. They were the parents of 11 children:John Mann Young who died a child, James Daily Young, Samuel Gilbert and Infant Young (twins, one died at birth), Hilary Sylvester Young (my grandpa),Theadore Barton Young, Timothy Carpenter Young, Olive Nancy Young Todd, Mary Jane Young (died a child), Minnie Gertrude Young Mathews and Orlena Elizabeth Young Albertson. This family is the inspiration for my geneology interest and I'm trying to record all the births and death of each of these 11 families for future generations.
