Bobby Clay, age 64 of Monroe, died on April 10, 2010. He was born in Walton County on September 16, 1945 to the late Early Arthur Clay and Luna Mae Carter Clay.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, the late Willena Joy Clay; his daughters, the late Kimberly Kay Clay and the late April Joy Clay; and his brother, the late Billy Lee Clay. He is survived by his wife, Becky Green Clay of Monroe; Luna Mae Clay of High Shoals, sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Carmen Clay of Fairmont, Michael and Martha Clay of Conyers; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Jimmy Baker of Walnut Grove, Brenda and Jerry Colley of Bishop, and Beverly and Ray King of Watkinsville; and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Rev. Jason Rowe and the Rev. Roy Turk officiating. Interment followed at Hill Haven Cemetery.
Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
