Ms. Elfriede Huff came to Vienna, Austria from Czechoslovakia right after WWII. She then met Mr. Huff, an American GI, and they got married. He was transferred to Munich, Germany and from there to Anchorage, Alaska. She had one son and two grandchildren. She was a singer and a restauranteur in her own restaurant called EDELWEIS in Mount Alyeska 30 miles south of Anchorage.
