Nephi Woman Succumbs To Pneumonia
NEPHI—Norma Inez Bigler Cox, 80, died in Payson Hospitals Saturday of pneumonia. She was born in Nephi July 8, 1990, a daughter of Mark and Madaline Pyper Bigler.
She was educated in the Nephi schools. She married A. E. Cox in the Salt Lake Temple Jan. 2, 1923.
She was very active in the LDS Church begin an organist for the Singing Mothers. She as a fine musician and played the piano and organ for 40 years, for the church organizations.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. R. C. (Leala) Thorn of Salt Lake City and one brother Lisle M. Bigler of Washington, Utah.
Services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Mapleton Ward Chapel with Bishop Stewart C. Whiting presiding.
Friends may call at the Anderson Home in Nephi o Wednesday evening, and Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of services at the Mapleton Chapel.
Burial will be in Provo.
