Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the King Memorial Home, Mentone, for Robert [Lincoln] "Bob" TOMBAUGH, 75, Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home, Warsaw.
The Rev. Wayne JOHNSON will officiate and burial wil be in the Akron Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Wednesday.
Mr. Tombaugh died at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Kosciusko Community Hospital. He was formerly a 43-year resident of Beaver Dam Lake, Rt. 1, Claypool. He was born in Miami County to Geroge E. and [Josephine] M. "Josie" HURST TOMBAUGH. On Aug. 5, 1943 at Indianapolis he married Betty MORRIS, who survives. He was a retired insurance adjuster. He was an air corps veteran of World War II and a member of the Warsaw Elks Lodge and the Akron Church of God.
Surviving with his wife of Warsaw, are a brother, Wayne H. TOMBAUGH, Mentone, and several nieces and nephews. Preceding in death was a brother, [Gerald H. TOMBAUGH].
