Delmar Vern Young was the youngest (7th) child of Hilary Sylvester Young and Ollie Luvene Pittman Young. He married Alice Ruth Cantwell-Kamer on June 6,1950 and had one son, Vern Lee Young. Alice died on May 23,1981 in Dayton Ohio. Delmar married Alice Marie Stow of Kingston Tn. on Jan.17,1984. When Delmar died he was cremated and Alice brought his ashes in Sept.2000 and buried them with his parents, brothers and sister in Tn.
