Pioneer female physician. She was the first woman to be licensed as a medical doctor and opened a clinic in Setana. For ten years dedicated herself to serving the people there. In 1967 a large memorial tower was built in Setana to honor her. The Regional History Museum of Setana displays many artifacts from her daily life and valuable historical records about the practice of medicine during her era.
