Cabel Barrow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Benj. Barrow, of near Martinsville, passed away at Jefferson Hospital at Roanoke Tuesday morning following a few days illness.
He was 20 years of age and leaves to mourn his loss his father and mother and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Bernice Stultz of Martinsville, Mrs. Harvey Winn of Axon, Misses Dora, Nannie Belle, Ruby and Nellie, Ira, Benjamin and Hoyt, all of Martinsville.
The following cousins of the deceased acted as pall bearers: James, Bill, Paul, Forrest, Roy and Edd Barrow, Gordon Bradley and Leonard Thomasson.
The flower bearers were also cousins: Misses Sue, Vivian, Thelma, Louise, Katherine and Clara barrow, Gertrude Bradley, Elizabeth Slaydon, Evelyn Compton, Edna Thomasson and Pauline Eggleston.
The funeral services were conducted from the home Wednesday afternoon and interment was in the family burial ground near Mt. Olivet.
