Mrs. Phillips was born in Douglas, Ga. She was retired from Hampton Chevrolet
and was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Charles H. Phillips Jr.; and four brothers, A.F.
Tanner of Atlanta, Tom Tanner of Macon, Ga., Saoy Tanner of Orlando, Fla., and
Ben Tanner of Douglas, Ga.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home,
Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Paul D. Moore. Burial will be in Forest Lawn
Cemetery.
