He is survived by a loving family and devoted friends. He was preceded in death
by his first wife, Elma Willis Phillips and his second wife, Laneva ''Tanner''
Phillips and his sister, Dorothy L. Phillips.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery by
the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m.
and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel.
