In the name of God amen.
I, Nannie B. Albert of the County of Craig and state of Virginia being of sound mind and disposing memory and desirous of disposing of what worldly goods providence has bestowed upon me, do make, declare and publish this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all other will or wills by me heretofore made. By this I mean to say:
First, I devise that all my funeral expenses and just debts be paid in a reasonable time after my death by my executor.
Second, I devise to Mary E. Meridith and Amanda C. Reynolds my land known as the Ellis S. Reynolds lot, and my interest in my mothers dower including whatever personal property or money may fall to me after her death. Also my personal property consisting of one half interest in one horse, one half interest in one colt, thirteen sheep, one buggy and harness, one bed, and one saddle and bridle, and I devise after the death of Mary E. Meridith and Amanda C. Reynolds, the above mentioned land property shall go to Mary M. Meridith daughter of Mary E. Meridith.
Thirdly, I devise to Mary E. Meridith my piano which is to go to Mary M. Meridith when she arrives at the age of twelve years.
Fourthly, I devise to Miles W. Albert my interest in the tract of land lying on John's Creek and known as the Albert Land.
Fifthly, I devise to my mother B. E. Reynolds my gold watch that she gave me, and one hundred dollars, to be paid in annual payments of twenty five dollars each.
Sixthly, I devise to the heirs of A. A. Reynolds now residing at Winston, N. C. five dollars.
Seventhly, I devise to J. C. Reynolds, J. W. M Reynolds, and Ellis S. Reynolds five dollars each.
Eighthly, I devise to Charles P. Reynolds, one hundred dollars.
Ninthly, I devise to Lillie V. Reynolds, ten dollars.
Tenthly, I devise to Frank S. Givens one gold watch he now has in his possession and one hundred dollars.
Eleventhly, I devise to Emmet Givens one bed formerly the property of Charles N. Albert, deceased.
Thwelthly, I devise to J. L. Albert, W. H. Albert, H. P. Albert, Amanda V. Lucas, and Nettie Ferrel one dollar each.
Thirteenthly, I devise to N. J. Givens wife of J. C. Givens, ten dollars.
Fourteenthly, I devise to Mary E. Meridith and Amanda C. Reynolds all the money that remains after the above provisions of this will are paid. And I hereby nominate W. P. Caldwell as executor of this my last will and testament. Witness my hand and seal this the 17th day of January 1906.
