OBITUARY OF KENNETH W. ANDREWS

Kenneth W. ANDREWS, 65, of Liberal, Kansas died September 10, 1999 at his home following a sudden illness.

He was born January 20, 1934 at Strickland, Arkansas, the son of Arthur D. and Indiana ANDREWS. He attended school in Canadian. He was a roughneck in the oil fields for many years. He moved to Liberal in 1955 and was in the water-well business for 35 years. He also owned and operated Andrews Well Service for several years and was then employed by National Beef Packing Co. for five year, retiring in 1995.

He attended First Church of the Nazarene in Liberal. He married Mary Lee CROSIER on May 05, 1952 in Clovis, New Mexico.

Funeral services were September 13 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Liberal with the Rev. Don Patrick presiding. Graveside services followed in the Edith Ford Cemetery in Canadian.

Survivors include three sons, Kenny and Michael, both of Liberal, and Danny, of Junction City; two sisters, Wilma OLSEN of Liberal and Wanda COOK of Canadian, and eight grandchildren.
