In Sept. 1918 they lived in Waltersburg, PA

He was a miner at the Waltersburg Coal Co. He signed up for the US Draft Registration Card for WWI at the local board in McClellandtown, PA.

States that he arrived in the US on Jan. 11, 1899 on the
S.S. Nederland in Philadelphia. as a laborer.
His name was Janos Harvat.

He lived in Messmore, PA when naturalized
I got a copy of the death certificate and it had no additional information. Very disappointing.
Cannot make out signature on certificate, believe to be Anna Horwat
