Billy J. Price -- A service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Lakewood Funeral Home Chapel in Hughson for Billy J. Price, 61, who died Sunday of natural causes at a Bakersfield hospital. Private Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park in Hughson.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lakewood Funeral Home.
A native of Oklahoma, Price lived in the Modesto-Empire area from 1937 to 1967, then moving to Bakersfield. He was a member of the East Sid Church of Christ in Turlock.
He is survived by his wife. Marlene Price of Bakersfield; two sons, Robert Price of Modesto and Ronald Price of Empire; a daughter, Anna Combs of Patterson; four brothers, Rupert Price of Waterford, Frank Price of San Francisco, Leon Price of Montana and Lawrence Price of Texas; one sister, Mineola West of New Mexico; and seven grandchildren.
